What are your hours of operation? We provide tutoring 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday. What ages do you provide service for? We provide service for children ages 3 to 10. Our focus is in early childhood education. What type of child benefits from your services? Children at all levels benefit from our services. Our services provide children with a head start into preschool and kindergarten, additional stimulation and motivation for beginning learners, and/or extra assistance for children below grade level. How long are your tutoring sessions? We provide 1 hour and 1 ½ hour Sessions. How often do you recommend tutoring? We recommend sessions, once or twice a week, depending on your student’s needs. Students at grade level should consider tutoring once a week to maintain their level of achievement. Students at-risk in school should consider two or three times weekly. What are your qualifications for your tutors? Our tutors have a minimum of a 4 year College Degree. Most of our tutors are credentialed teachers. How do I get started? Sign up for a trial session for your child to be assessed and then a tutor will be matched up with your child within a week. How do I pay? We require credit card payments or prepayments. All payments are debited two times a month for services rendered. There is a minimum of 10 sessions. There are no registration fees or additional costs. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
